Chili Potatoes





This is a spicy potato recipe of chili potatoes, which can be taken as starters.

Ingredients you will need :

Potatoes (aloo) : . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 4 to 5

Onion (pyaj) : . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 3 to 4

Garlic (lasoon) : . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 20 to 25

Green chili (hari mirchi) : . . . . . . . . . . 3 to 4

Red chili flacks (lal mirchi) : . . . . 1 tea spoon

Black pepper powder (kali mirchi) : 1 tea spoon

Olive oil : . . . . . . . . . . . . 2 to 3 table spoon

Sugar (shakkar) : . . . . . . . . . . . . 1 tea spoon

Corn flour (makke ka atta) : . . . . . 1 table spoon

Coriander leaves (hara dhania)

Salt (namak) to taste

Peel and cut potatoes in thick long strips. Take oil in wok and stir fry potatoes, whole garlic and thick and big pieces of onion for five to seven minutes. Add long cut green chilies, red chili flakes and black pepper powder and salt. Cook till done. Add sugar and corn flour mixed in half a cup of water and add it. Cook for another minute.

Garnish it with coriander leaves.
