Powdered sugar : . . . . . . . . . . 1 3/4 cup

Melted butter : . . . . . . . . . . . . . 3/4 cup

Eggs : . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . four

Baking powder : . . . . . . . . . 1 tea spoon

Fresh cream : . . . . . . . . . . . 250 grams

Kiwi or walnut, chocolate flakes

Sieve refined flour in mixing pan and add one cup of powdered sugar and melted butter. Mix it thoroughly and then add eggs and baking powder. Mix it again till you get smooth consistency. You can use a mixture grinder for mixing.

Apply butter coating on the wall of round or hexagonal shaped baking pan with a brush and pour the mixture in it.

Pre-heat oven to 150 degree centigrade (or adjust the temperature as per your oven size and settings) and bake the cake for forty minutes. Check it by piercing a knife in the cake. It should come out clean.

Let the cake be cool and then take it out on a turn table. Cut it in three pieces horizontally by turning it on the turn table.

Now whip and beat fresh cream over a bowl of ice. Slowly add remaining 3/4 cup sugar and mix it thoroughly till it becomes frosty. You can add a tea spoon of lime juice, if you prefer slightly lemony taste. Divide the quantity in three parts.

Apply one part of fresh cream on the first part of cake and put second part of cake on it. Again apply fresh cream layer and put third piece on top of it. Now cover the top and wall with remaining cream.

Decorate the black forest cake top with kiwi or walnut. Add some chocolate flakes or grated chocolate on top.
