Mutton Goli





Mutton goli is made from minced mutton. This preparation is a good hot and spicy starter, but it can be enjoyed with roti, chapati and steamed rice also. Adjust the quantity of chilies as per your taste.

Ingredients we will need to make this recipe:

Minced mutton (keema) : . . . . . . . 500 grams

Eggs (ande) : . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . two

Ginger paste (adrak) : . . . . . . . 2 table spoon

Garlic paste (lasoon) : . . . . . . 2 table spoon

Green chilies (hari mirchi) : . . . . . . . . 5 to 7

Cumin powder (jeera) : . . . . . . 1 table spoon

Coriander powder (dhania) : . . . 2 table spoon

Red chili powder (lal mirchi) : . . . 2 tea spoon

Turmeric powder (haldi) : . . . . . . 1 tea spoon

Garam masala powder : . . . . . . . 1 tea spoon

Bengal gram flour (besan) : 1 or 2 table spoon

Butter (makkhan) : . . . . . . . . . 2 table spoon

Coriander leaves (hara dhania)

Oil (tel) for deep frying

Mint leaves (pudina)

Salt (namak) as per your taste

Grind green chilies and add ginger, garlic, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, chopped coriander leaves and salt. Mix it nicely and add it to mutton mince. Let it marinate for one to two hours.

Now add eggs and bengal gram flour. Mix it well.

Make small balls (goli) and deep fry it till it is golden brown. Serve mutton goli with mint leaves, lemon and onion rings.
