Eggs Cream Cheese





Eggs cream cheese is a baked dish, rich with calories. This preparation is not very spicy and hot, and can be served as a main dish with roti, butter nan or garlic bread.

Ingredients you will need to make this dish:

Eggs (ande) : . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . six

Cream (malai) : . . . . . . . . . . . . 3/4 cup

Cheese : . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 150 gram

Capsicum (simla mirchi) : . . . . . . . . Three

Chili sauce : . . . . . . . . . . . . . 2 tea spoon

Black pepper powder (kali mirchi) : 1/2 tea spoon

Oil (tel) : . . . . . . . . . . . . 2 table spoon

Coriander leaves (hara dhania)

Salt (namak) as per your taste

Cut capsicum in small square pieces and saute in oil. Add chili sauce, black pepper powder and cream. Cook for half a minute. Add coriander leaves and salt.

Transfer this mixture to baking dish and pour beaten eggs on it. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake it in an oven on moderate temperature for ten to fifteen minutes.
