Cream Chicken



Cream Chicken - recipe for less spicy dish

Ingredients required:

Chicken : . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 750 grams

Ginger Garlic Paste (adrak lasoon) : 1 1/2 table spoon

Powdered Cashew Nut (kaju) : . . . . . . . 15 grams

Fresh cream or Malai : . . . . . . . . . . 1/4 cup

Green Chillies (hari mirchi) : . . . . . . . 2 to 3

Oil or butter : . . . . . . . . . . . 1 table spoon

Coriander leaves (hara dhania)

Pepper (kali mirchi) : . . . . . . . . 1/4 tea spoon

Salt (namak) to taste

Boil chicken pieces in one cup water with ginger garlic paste, green chilies and salt. Take oil or butter in a non stick fry pan and saute cashew nut powder. Then add pepper and boiled chicken pieces. Let it cook for five minutes and then add fresh cream. Garnish cream chicken with coriander leaves.
