Baked Prawns





Baked prawns with cheese is a hot and spicy dish with high calorific value. Reduce the quantity of chilies as per your taste.

Ingredients we will require to make this dish:

Fresh prawns (jhinga) : . . . . . 250 grams

Potato (aloo) : . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . one

Cheese : . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 50 grams

Red chili sauce (lal mirchi) : 2 table spoon

Pepper powder (kali mirchi) : 2 tea spoon

Butter (makkhan) : . . . . . . 1 table spoon

Soy sauce : . . . . . . . . . . . . 1 tea spoon

Cheese spread : . . . . . . . . . . . . 3/4 cup

Salt (namak) as per your taste

for garnishing

Coriander leaves (hara dhania)

Boil de-veined prawns for two minutes. Boil potato till done.

Now mix red chili sauce, black pepper powder, soy sauce and salt in cheese spread thoroughly. Add boiled prawns and potato and mix it very gently. Butter a pan and pour this mix in it. Cover it with grated cheese. Pre-heat oven at 180 degree C and cook it for five minutes.

Garnish baked prawns with tomato slice, onion slice and coriander leaves.
