Chicken Samosa





Chicken samosa is a fried dish, as a starter or a snack. It is a balanced diet with carbohydrates, protein and fat. This preparation is hot and spicy, and reduce the quantity of chilies according to your taste.

Ingredients required to make this recipe :

Chicken (boneless) : . . . . . . . . . . . 250 grams

Ginger garlic paste (adrak lasoon) : 1 tea spoon

Green chili paste (hari mirchi) : . . . 1 tea spoon

Corn (Makai) : . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 1 cup

Green capsicum (simla mirchi) : . . . . . . . . one

Red or yellow capsicum (simla mirchi) : . . . 1/2

Carrots (gajar ) : . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . two

Green chilies (hari mirchi) : . . . . . . . . . 6 to 7

Cheese : . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 50 grams

Black pepper powder (kali mirchi) : 1 tea spoon

Coriander leaves (hara dhania)

Samosa wrapper : 20

Flour (atta) : 2 table spoon

Oil (tel) for deep frying

Salt (namak) as per your taste

Boil chicken with ginger, garlic, green chili paste and salt in very little water.

Boil corn in water with little salt.

Shred the boiled chicken. Cut capsicum in thin strips. Grate carrot and cheese. Mix capsicum, carrot, cheese, corn, very finely chopped green chilies and pepper powder in chicken. Add one cup chopped coriander leaves and little salt. (as salt is already added while boiling chicken and corn)

Put about one and a half table spoon of this preparation on samosa wrapper and make a triangular form. Seal the end and open edges with flour paste (mixed in water).Deep fry chicken samosa in oil till it is crispy golden brown.

Serve with green chutney and tomato sauce.
